Bespoke CHX Product badges shaped into Classic M&S Walnut Whip
 
CHX Products, one of the leading UK manufacturers of fast turnaround plastic promotional products printed in full colour, were chosen by High Street retail giant M&S to produce and create 6,000 bespoke badges in the shape of a classic Walnut Whip as the company celebrated 50 iconic years of selling the chocolate heaven in-store.

The bespoke shaped Walnut Whip badges were 60x45mm in size and made from CHX Products’ own Enviroplas? plastic material, which is both recycled and biodegradable, and were worn with pride by staff to mark the historic anniversary.  

M&S, which first started selling Walnut Whips in-store in 1963, now sell a staggering 650,000 triple packs of Whips every month, equating to over 20 million M&S Whips being eaten every year.   

Andy Knight, Managing Director of CHX Products, commented: “Getting the shape of the badge down to its very fine detail was paramount as the Walnut Whip is very distinct in its appearance. We were keen for it to look as realistic as possible and offer a true representation of what customers can buy in-store.”

All CHX Products are created in-house with a strong team covering graphic design, tool making, moulding, assembly and packaging at its base in Cornwall, ensuring that it can offer a fast turnaround and quick response time.
