Altitude Group plc, the owners of Trade Only & Dowlis, have announced unaudited preliminary results for the period ended 31st December 2010. The main highlights in a strong performance were: Group revenue was ?18m, an increase of 18%, Underlying Profit was ?0.8m, (2009: ?0.27m) and closing cash of ?1.5m, (2009: ?0.8m) with no net debt.



Promotional Marketing Division (Includes: Dowlis, NSP, Ross & Adproducts.com) | Total revenue ?15.60m (2009: ?13.10m): Operating profit/(loss) was ?0.60m, 2009: (?0.1m). AdProducts.com achieved revenue growth and double digit profit growth. The Non Stop Promotions Business acquired during the year made an immediately profitable impact.



Technology & Information Division (Includes Trade Only & Promoserve | Total revenue ?2.90m (2009: ?2.80m): Underlying operating profit of ?0.7m was more than double prior year. In November 2010 Trade Only agreed terms with iPROMOTEu.com, Inc. to supply iPROMOTEu and its distributors with Trade Only’s cloud based software solution.
