Industry award-winning promotional merchandising company Allwag Promotions is celebrating after becoming the first SME to be awarded the Gold status for Investors in People; a nationally recognised people management standard.


The Essex based company, which has been trading for 12 years, supplies a full range of printed promotional merchandise, business gifts and corporate clothing. Allwag Promotions also offers a full turnkey solution with clients able to benefit from storage facilities, a distribution service and an online stock management and ordering system with 24 hour, seven days a week access.


The assessment was carried out via a series of interviews with staff, allowing assessors access to practical examples of how the company meets Investors in People requirements.
